I’ve knitted on and off for half my life, but you wouldn’t know it. I’d never really graduated beyond knit and purl stitches. One can do a lot with them, but I didn’t, I’d always just stayed in my comfort zone. It was weird, I’d just decided I wasn’t going to do that anymore, and I was really going to learn something new. Being in a creative job is wonderful, but we all still need creative outlets that are just for ourselves. So, here’s my first project in a very long time. Just a cowl, for my husband. I don’t even know what kind of yarn it is, it was just something I’d had lying around, but Kev is going to get a ton of use out of it to and from the train, and downtown!
