An apple a day, right? They truly are fantastic for you, lots of fiber and simple carbs for just before that workout you’re going to do to keep your heart going. My faves are Honeycrisp, Braeburn, Pink Lady and Jonagold. There are so many different kinds, there has to be one out there that you’ll love! : )
